When building Clara, you should consider focusing on either ATK on her Feet to increase the damage of her Follow-up Attacks or prioritize SPD stat for more frequent actions on the battlefield.
Regarding her Rope Ornament, opt for ATK if Tingyun or Huohuo are part of the team, enhancing Clara’s synergy with these characters. Alternatively, if neither Tingyun nor Huohuo are present, equip Clara with an Energy Regen Rope to facilitate quicker access to her Ultimate ability, ensuring her impactful contributions to the team.

Upon the execution of this Skill, all Marks of Counter are promptly removed.
- Ultimate: Promise, Not Command – Upon activation of Clara’s Ultimate, the damage dealt to her is further reduced by an additional 15%–27%. Moreover, she experiences a significant increase in the likelihood of being targeted by enemies for 2 turns.
Additionally, Svarog’s Counter ability undergoes enhancement. When an ally is attacked, Svarog promptly retaliates with a Counter, significantly boosting its damage multiplier against the enemy by 96%–172.8%. Furthermore, enemies adjacent to the target also suffer 50% of the damage dealt. This enhanced Counter can trigger up to 2 times.
- Talent: Because We’re Family – Under the guardianship of Svarog, Clara benefits from a 10% reduction in damage taken when struck by enemy attacks. Moreover, whenever an enemy targets Clara, Svarog marks them with his Mark of Counter and swiftly retaliates with a Counter. This Counter inflicts Physical damage equivalent to 80%–176% of Clara’s ATK upon the aggressor.
Kinship: When subjected to enemy attacks, this character possesses a fixed 35% chance to effectively remove a debuff that has been inflicted upon them.

Conclusion
She is a strong DPS that focuses on Counter Attacks to actually deal damage. While that is indeed strong, sometimes it leaves her in situations that are dangerous because enemies will aggro on her the most. And since her playstyle is passive, battles will feel drawn out and longer than other DPS. It is recommended to switch to a better DPS if possible.
