This action consumes 1 stack of Syzygy, and importantly, utilizing this ability does not deplete Skill Points.
Transcendent Flash – An enemy is inflicted Ice Damage equal to 100% – 220% Jingliu’s ATK damage, gaining 1 Syzygy stack.
Sword Champion: After executing Transcendent Flash, Jingliu’s subsequent action will be advanced forward by 10%.
