This build prioritizes inflicting significant Ice damage through her Enhanced Skill, bolstered by substantial Critical Damage from relic stats and Traces.

While CRIT Rate is essential to trigger the Rutilant Arena’s effect, it’s advisable to opt for a CRIT Damage Body instead. This is because Jingliu can naturally augment her CRIT Rate through her Talent. Jingliu Abilities

• Basic Attack: Lucent Moonglow – An enemy is inflicted Ice Damage equal to 50% – 110% Jingliu’s ATK damage.
• Skill:  Moon On Glacial River –  Jingliu’s ability inflicts Ice damage on a single enemy, ranging from 125% to 275% of her ATK. Additionally, it deals Ice damage to adjacent enemies, amounting to 62.5% to 137.5% of her ATK. This action consumes 1 stack of Syzygy, and importantly, utilizing this ability does not deplete Skill Points.

Transcendent Flash –  An enemy is inflicted Ice Damage equal to 100% – 220% Jingliu’s ATK damage, gaining 1 Syzygy stack.

Sword Champion: After executing Transcendent Flash, Jingliu’s subsequent action will be advanced forward by 10%.

• Ultimate: Florephemeral Dreamflux – Jingliu’s attack inflicts Ice damage on a single enemy, ranging from 180% to 324% of her ATK. Additionally, it deals Ice damage to any adjacent enemies, amounting to 90% to 162% of her ATK. Following the conclusion of the attack, Jingliu gains 1 stack of Syzygy.
• Talent: Crescent Transmigration – Transitions into the Spectral Transmigration state when 2 stacks of Syzygy are gained. During this state, her Action is accelerated by 100%, and her CRIT Rate escalates by 40% to 52%. At this juncture, Jingliu’s Skill “Transcendent Flash” transforms into “Moon On Glacial River,” becoming her exclusive ability for the duration of the battle.

While in the Spectral Transmigration state, whenever Jingliu executes an attack, she absorbs HP from all other allies, amounting to 4% of their respective Max HP. However, this absorption cannot reduce allies’ HP below 1. Additionally, Jingliu’s ATK surges by 540% of the total HP absorbed from all allies in this attack, capped at 90% to 198% of her base ATK. This augmentation lasts until the current attack concludes.

It’s important to note that Jingliu cannot re-enter the Spectral Transmigration state until the ongoing one concludes. Syzygy can accumulate up to 3 stacks. Once Syzygy stacks reach 0, Jingliu exits the Spectral Transmigration state.

Deathrealm: Jingliu’s Effect Resistance is augmented by 35% while in the Spectral Transmigration state

Frost Wrath: Jingliu’s Ultimate Damage is heightened by 20% while in the Spectral Transmigration state

• Technique: Shine of Truth – Upon utilizing this technique, a dimension encircles Jingliu for 20 seconds, causing all enemies within to become Frozen. When engaging enemies within this dimension, she promptly restores 15 Energy and gains 1 stack of Syzygy, with a guaranteed 100% chance of Freezing enemy targets for 1 turn.

While under the Frozen effect, enemy targets are immobilized and endure additional Ice damage equivalent to 80% of her ATK at the commencement of each turn. Notably, only one dimension created by allies can be present simultaneously.
