In the best support build for Luocha, the focus is on increasing his healing output and Speed. ATK% Stats are stacked on him to boost the amount of heals he provides and increase his Speed, allowing him to take more actions and enabling his Talent passive faster.

His Skill will be retriggered immediately and applied to this ally once (without consuming Skill Points) when any ally’s HP percentage drops below 50%. This effect will cooldown after 2 turns.

• Ultimate: Death Wish
