1. Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters (4 sets)

Since he can freeze enemies really easily, he can effectively make use of this relic set with the DMG boost it gives, making it the best relic set for him.

  • Talent: One With the Sword

When Soulsteel Sync is on, enemies are less likely to attack Yanqing. His chance of landing critical hits goes up by 15%–21%, and his critical damage increases by 15% – 33%. After he hits an enemy, there’s a 50%–62% chance he’ll strike again, dealing Ice damage equal to 25%–55% of his attack. There’s also a 65% chance this second hit will Freeze the enemy for 1 turn.

A Frozen enemy can’t move and takes extra Ice damage equal to 25%–55% of his attack at the start of each turn. But if he gets hit, the Soulsteel Sync stops working.
